Conductive Thermoplastic Polyurethane Pellets

Conductive Thermoplastic Polyurethane Pellets, a material by Graphene 3D Lab, is specifically designed to allow you to develop electrically conductive components by injection molding and other polymer forming techniques. The conductive pellets are composed of TPU, carbon additive and proprietary aid material for use at room temperature and exhibits excellent conductive properties for a host of applications. In order to determine if the material will work for your project, you will have to keep in mind that the resistivity will change depending upon your print.

EMI/RF Shielding

In order to successfully use our Conductive Flexible TPU Filament in electronics applications, the electrical resistance of a circuit must be considered. Please be advised that this filament is designed for low-current applications.

Capacitive sensing

Conductive Flexible TPU Filament can be used to create capacitive (touch) sensors, which can be found in a wide range of interactive electronics. Capacitive sensing can also be used to measure proximity, position, humidity, fluid levels, and acceleration. This filament is an excellent material for designing human interface devices as well.
