Biosensor chip for Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR). SF-10 glass (index = 1.72) coated with gold. Made from highly sensitive gold thin films deposited via e-beam evaporation onto high-index glass. Does not require any extra chemicals to facilitate immobilization. The gold surface can be functionalized for a variety of applications; ideal for SPR imaging.
