Interdigitated Electrode Array

The IDE array can be used for multiple samples including liquid analysis involving resistance and capacitance measurements. The resistance and capacitance of a solution can be found between electrode features. The finger width measures at 10 µm with a spacing of 10 µm; each chip has twelve (12) interdigitated electrode pairs. Chip dimensions: 1 cm x 1 cm
